grolsch opening techniques

In this series of films Grolsch wanted us to create quick-read bold archetypal characters with a unique flair for each of the various techniques for Grolsch’s patented swingtop lid.

Each character’s identity and actions were created around and inspired by the ‘attitude’ of a specific swingtop opening technique. This also allowed us the opportunity to showcase a range of different ethnicities & subcultures which is always something that I push for.

We created a custom track for each character that plunged us into their world & vibe, but still lived within the same ‘musical universe’.

The result are these fun & vibrant series of videos, shot in Amsterdam, centered around unique characters.
